Costs
“Small bets, Big Results. Family stability begins with stable housing.”
Is there a cost to the end user?
No. Our grants do not need to be paid back. They are gifts. Whether buying or selling a home, or any property in the US, our ClosingGrants are available to everyone via a sponsoring organization. There are no restrictions (common in other programs) like one’s credit score, location, downpayment amount, profession or property type. A ClosingGrant can be used for a first time purchase of a primary residence, a second or third home, an income property, raw land, farm land, or commercial structures. There are no limitations to the property type.
Who else offers grants like this?
Honestly, no one.
Slightly similar programs offered by national banks are very limited, much less generous, and have limited certainty. We are honestly the only entity that provides such large grants.
Many bank-sponsored “cash-back” programs are capped at $1,000 or market themselves as “up to $5,000” but are often tied to a client’s credit score, borrowing capability, income, location, interest rates, or other limiting factors that banks arbitrarily place on the process and bury in the fine print.
Very few traditional programs actually produce the financial assistance that they market to the public; qualifying for any of the maximum cash-back programs is very rare.
ClosingGrants are not predicated upon any of the aforementioned exclusions. This is one of the reasons our founders created ClosingGrants—the programs in existence before 2023 were feeble attempts at providing any real value to the people who chose to use them.
